1.BC type steel ring is a conical steel ring which has multiple contact points with traveler so the anti wedging property is very good.
2.The contact area of steel ring with ring traveler is increased by more than 50%,so that the heat radiating area of traveler is increased also.Thus have a longer lifetime of the steel ring and traveler.
3.Less yarn breakages are obvious and is suitable for high speed running.And it is easy to change from one type of yarn to another,especially for chemical fiber,blends and tough sild spinning.
