1.Both the inner and outer tracks are formed by CNC grinding machine,which results in a strict geometry.The roundness,flatness and parallelism are≤0.01mm.The surface roughness is at Ra<0.2μm.
2.The special heat treatment process makes a precise organizational structure,the hardness is more than 82HRV(Metallographic martensite).
3.Chrome coating and polishing makes almost no running-in period.
4.High quality GCr15(100Cr6)bearing steel with strong wear resistance is good at anti fatigue.
5.Suitable for most types of fibers,the stable running makes yarn less hair,less breakages,higher quality and higher spinnning efficiency.
6.The ring can be applide in compact spinning and high-grade yarn spinning,the spinning stability is good,which makes yarn balloon tension consistent.
